Tom Breckenridge formerly the Transformer Specialist for the Scottish Power group of companies in the UK is now working for TB TCS Ltd. Tom is now in a position to offer his wide range of experience and knowledge to the wider industry as a consultant for TB TCS Ltd.
TB TCS Ltd has relocated its main office to 35 Doune Gardens, Gourock, PA19 1EA Scotland with effective from 1 December 2007.
Tom Breckenridge has recently been appointed convenor of a new Cigre working group WG A2-36 “Guide for Transformer Procurement Process” with effect from 1 January 2008.
